Where can I find information about the order status?
To get details on the order status you can get in touch with your Sales Rep.
Where can I find the lot number of the product?
On the CoA you received along with the other documents, you will find indicated the lot number.
Do you take care of the logistics for all the orders?

Where do I find the delivery date of my order?
On the delivery note you received you can find an indication of the date within which you will receive the goods.

Where can I find the complete list of products sold?
It is online here. In case you do not find what you are looking for, use our online form, and we will be ready to satisfy your requests thanks to the international network of special chemical suppliers.
How can I request a data sheet (TDS), a Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
To receive a Technical Data Sheet, a Safety Data Sheet or a Certificate of Analysis complete the online request. In case you have a shipping order you should have already received these documents via email sent by our logistics staff, in case you did not, please request them here.
Can I receive a sample of a product you have in the catalog?
Yes, we can provide a test sample of our products. Contact us and specify which samples you need.
I am a member of a Research Center-University, can I buy your products?
We are available to provide small quantities or samples, contact us and indicate your needs, we will do our best to get you the necessary products.
I am a private individual, what products can I buy?
We are sorry but we do not provide our products to individuals, our products have characteristics that must be handled in suitable environments and with the necessary precautions needed for environmental safety.
Where do I find the details related to the quantity and packaging of products?

Do you have the necessary certifications to market chemical products in Europe?
Todini Chemicals has preregistered or verified the existence of preregistration REACH at all suppliers of its products offered and is following the future registration. It is also certified FAMI-QS to meet the hygiene and sanitary expectations of producers of zootechnical foods. Since 1998 it has been certified ISO 9001: 2008 for its services and has recently obtained ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

Do you have the possibility to carry out laboratory tests?
No, we cannot test products, but if required we can ask our suppliers to do tests on products. Please contact us and provide details on needed tests.
Is Todini Chemicals interested in processing residues/exhausted from production lines?
Yes, for some types of chemicals we are interested in exhausted, fill out the online form with details and you will be contacted.
I need a special quantity and/or an ad hoc packaging, who do I address?
We are able to divide the product and create ad hoc packaging, ask our Sales Reps to check the feasibility. If you want to know the standard packaging go to the dedicated page.
